Trouble Linking to your Microsoft Teams account

If you are logged in with non Microsoft account to Teams and try to link directly from our Add to Teams button, you may see a message asking you to switch to your work or school account.  If you have a Microsoft business or school account, then do that now and you can add our app right to your team.

If you don't have one, you can still add Live Chat directly to your team from the Teams App marketplace.

You may also be prompted to switch to another org when linking to our Live Chat app.  This would be the case if you are logged in with a non-Microsoft account.  

To add live chat to your current team.  Just cancel this prompt, and search for the Live Chat app in the teams store following these directions.
