How to Remove Live Chat for Microsoft Teams

If you are no longer using Live Chat for Microsoft Teams, we're sorry to see you go!  Here are instructions on completely remove the app from your Microsoft Teams account.

1. First remove the Live Chat  Tab

Select your 3 horizontal dots next to your team, then choose the apps tab.  Choose to delete the app here.

2. Remove the app from your personal workspace

Now remove the app from your personal workspace.

3. Cancel any active subscription with Social Intents

Remember to cancel your subscription with us if you have an active account.
