Adding Team Members to your Live Chat for Microsoft Teams

In order to add new team members to your live chat, first add them to the team which you configured for Live Chat by selecting the 3 dots next to your team and choosing manage team.  Then select Add member to add team members to this team.

Next, have each new team member add live chat to their person workspace by selecting the 3 dots icon on the left hand navigation and searching for and adding the Live Chat app.  This will allow each person to configure their personal agent settings.

Once added, have them login to the live chat settings.

That's it!  Your new team member is all set!
