Add Live Chat for Microsoft Teams to your Website
Adding Live Chat to your website is as simple as copying and pasting the code snippet we generate for you into your website template.
To get to your Live Chat Settings, select Live Chat from the left-hand navigation. From there you'll see your DMs and tabs for our Live Chat app. Choose the Live Chat Settings tab.
Once on your settings page, click the Install Code Snippet link on the left.
Once you add this snippet to your website, you'll see our chat button appear on the bottom right of your website. Under Targeting, you can now configure which domains and pages you want Live Chat to appear on.
