Setting Up Multiple Live Chat Widgets for Multiple Domains

You can easily set up multiple live chats for multiple domains and brands.  After customizing the logo and messages of the live chat for each domain, make sure to set up your Targeting options to set the domain for each app.

You can simply set the domain like http://www.mydomain,com.  Make sure to use http or https depending on your website.  In addition, use wildcards (*) to set which pages or directories you want to target.  For the whole domain, just set it as*,  This will make your chat visible on each page in your website as well as the home page.

Head over to Apps --> Live Chat, then click Edit Settings to see your live chat settings.  Choose the Targeting tab for these settings.
