The Social Intents Live Chat application makes it easy to provide real-time customer support directly from your Webflow website. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process to integrate the Social Intents Live Chat app into your Webflow site.
Step 1: Install the Social Intents Live Chat App from the Webflow App Market
- Visit the Webflow App Market: Navigate to the Social Intents Live Chat app page in the Webflow App Market.
- Log into Your Webflow Account: Ensure you’re logged into the Webflow account associated with the website where you want to add live chat.
- Install the App: Click the Install App button to authorize Social Intents to access your Webflow site.
Step 2: Configure the Social Intents App
- Sign Up or Log In: After installing, we'll walk you through an install and set up flow for your Social Intents account.
Begin by selecting which of your Webflow sites you'd like to add the live chat to.Once you select your sites, you can then choose an additional integration for the live chat. You can always set these up later as well.
For now we'll just select the Set up an integration later link.
Now you'll be directed to our web dashboard. The chat widget will be enabled on your website and you can answer live chats here or configure your AI Chatbot.
Step 3: Test the Live Chat Widget
- Visit Your Website: Open your published Webflow site in a browser.
- Interact with the Chat Widget:
- Verify that the chat widget appears as expected.
