Here are the high-level steps for setting up the Social Intents Chatbot Reseller Program.
Step 1. Sign up for a Social Intents Free Trial and enable your Agency Plan Trial
The first step to getting started is signup up for a 14-Day free trial with Social Intents. Once you do this, simply start a chat with us or contact us to begin your Agency plan.
Once you're enabled on the Agency plan trial, you will see an Agency link in your Social Intents account that will route to your Agency Dashboard.
Your new dashboard will display all of the sub-accounts under your Agency account including how many chatbots are created under each plan and how many conversations each account has used. This dashboard will give you a full view of your client's accounts.
Step 2. Customize your White Label Reseller Platform
Once you access your Agency dashboard you will see an icon to edit your Agency Settings next to the Agency Dashboard heading. Click this icon to access the agency settings you can customize.
Within your Agency Settings, you can set up your link back to your website, your custom subdomain and even your custom domain that you can use. If you do decide to use a custom domain, contact us for your DNS setup in your hosting server.
Also upload your Logo to use in your white label dashboard. This will be the logo that your customers would see when they login to their accounts.
Step 3. Onboard your New Customers
Now that you've customized your Agency settings, you can add your sub-accounts immediately by clicking Add Account. You can set up the new account login information and will have access to login to manage your customer's accounts as well. Simply add their name and email to create the sub-account, then click to login to their account and customize the sub-account settings.

Pricing for your clients' accounts
For our agency and reseller accounts, we bill you directly based on the total number of chatbots you have set up under your primary account. You can set up as many sub accounts as you like, and we just bill you once monthly. The default program supports uptime to 20 chatbots/live chat apps under your agency settings for a flat fee of $399/month. You decide what you bill your customers for these accounts - so you have total control on how you package your service to your customers.
After reaching 20 chatbot widgets, we just bill $20/month per additional widget. Typically this equates to $20/month per additional sub account above your original 20. Each additional Chatbot comes with an additional 1000 training urls, and 1000 chat conversations.
