Teams White Screen When Logging into Live Chat
If you try to login to our Live Chat application and see a popup window with a blank white screen, here are some ways you can try to fix this issue. This may happen when accessing the Live Chat console after clicking the Sign In to Live Chat button.
Here's what the blank white screen may look like when it pops up on the desktop version of Microsoft Teams:
Customers have experienced this in most cases when MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is enabled in Teams. This is a caching issue in the Microsoft Teams Desktop authentication flow that causes this.
How to Fix the Microsoft Teams Blank Popup
The first step to try to fix this issues is to logout out of Teams and completed close the desktop version. Then restart Teams. In most cases this fixes the problem.
If this doesn't work, try to log out, clear your default browser cache and cookies, then log back in to force an authentication flow again.
Finally, try the web based version of Teams at https://teams.microsoft.com and see if you encounter the same issue.
Still having Issues?
If none of the steps above resolved the issue, then try to login to our application using the link below the sign in titled: "Trouble Signing In? Sign in with your Agent Email". In this case the password is not the same as your Teams password, but one that you specifically set up for your agent. If you don't have this, you can send yourself a password reset here: https://www.socialintents.com/login.do by choosing the forgot password option.
